Rpg Maker MV fixes

This is a plugin that is supposed to remove bugs from RPG Maker MV. At this current time; it is unknown but suspected the bugs may have persisted to MZ as well. The current bugs it remove include:

- The game (if it is hosted on a web platform like GameJolt) being unable to encrypted images if the filename includes special character such as "$". 

- The game attempting to load an image if the filename is undefined 

- Players running into an issue where they can't save if they do not have permission to write files in that directory (and every file made is set to readonly) 

- Text color not persisting if the textbox needs a new page  - The player name being able to have excess spaces after it; making it impossible to compare the player name to a given string.
